How does the custom T-shirt process work?

Upload a clear photo of your pet while placing your order. We will create a custom design using the uploaded photo, which will then be printed on your selected T-shirt.

Is my pet photo good enough to use?

We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue we'll contact you to request more photos of your fur baby.

The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash), and at eye-level with your pet. Avoid blurry or dark photos, as they may affect the accuracy of the portrait.

Can I add more than one pet to the design?

Each standard custom T-shirt includes one pet. For designs featuring multiple pets, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and additional charges.

What material is the T-shirt made from?

The T-shirt is made from premium 240 GSM French Terry fabric. It has a heavyweight, soft and structured feel designed for everyday comfort.

What is the fit of the T-shirt?

Our T-shirts have an oversized, boxy unisex fit. Please refer to the size chart and compare the measurements with a T-shirt you already own before selecting your size.

How long will my order take?

Customisation and production usually take 2–4 working days. Delivery generally takes an additional 4–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange the T-shirt?

Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged. Size exchanges are also not available, so please check the size chart before ordering

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us immediately and share a complete unboxing video clearly showing the package and the issue. Replacement requests cannot be processed without an unboxing video.
