Yes, we offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 1-2 days after placing your order via email.

We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your fur baby.

The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash), and at eye-level with your pet. Avoid blurry or dark photos, as they may affect the accuracy of the portrait.

If you don't like your custom artwork we will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you're happy.

Not at all. We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!

We currently offer framed portraits in sizes 8x10, 12x16, and 18x24. Each frame is high-quality and designed to complement the artwork perfectly.

Since our portraits are fully customized and made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or returns once the artwork enters production. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your portrait. That’s why we’ll share a preview of the artwork with you for approval before it goes to print.

We also offer free unlimited revisions during the preview phase to ensure the artwork meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll work closely with you to make sure your portrait is perfect before finalizing it for printing.

For physical framed posters we’ll send you a preview of your artwork within 1–2 working days. Once you approve the artwork, we’ll start printing within 24 hours.

India: 4–7 working days

If you choose the digital download variant, we’ll send you the digital file of your artwork within 1–2 working days. The digital download is a high-quality file of your pet portrait. Please note that no physical product will be provided for this option.
