Can I see the pet portrait before printing?

Yes, we offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 1-2 days after placing your order via email.

Is my pet photo good enough to use?

We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your fur baby.

The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash), and at eye-level with your pet. Avoid blurry or dark photos, as they may affect the accuracy of the portrait.

What if I don't like my pet portrait?

If you don't like your custom artwork we will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you're happy.

Do you just design dog portraits?

Not at all. We design portraits for pets of all shapes and sizes. Cats, horses, rabbits and anything in between. All animals are welcome!

What is your refund policy?

Since our portraits are fully customized and made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or returns once the artwork enters production. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your portrait. That’s why we’ll share a preview of the artwork with you for approval before it goes to print.

We also offer free unlimited revisions during the preview phase to ensure the artwork meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ll work closely with you to make sure your portrait is perfect before finalizing it for printing.
